THE HOMELAND MUSEUM OF KNJAZEVAC presents and treasures valuable cultural heritage of Knjazevac area. The Museum exhibition, set up in the building built in 1906 in Karađorđeva 15 Street, represents parts of archaeological, ethnological, cultural, historical and artistic collections. The museum exhibits from the surroundings of Knjaževac are exposed chronologically and thematically in order to present life of the region from prehistoric times to the present days. A special feature is a unique collection of double-string knitted socks, exhibited as a separate unit "Museum of socks" as a part of the permanent exhibition.
