Description:
Organized by the Gostoljublje household in 2013, a group of village housewives calling themselves “The Housewives of Maljen” started their production of semi-durable products from fruit, vegetables and wild fruits. The raw is produced in the village households and the products are made following traditional recipes. Each product has the identity details of the housewife who has made it.
The following products are singled out from the offer:
Ayvar pepper salad and sauce, made from roasted cut boiled pepper, hot ayvar condiment and “pindjur” aubergine condiment in the jars of the gross weight of 1 kg and 0.5 kg.
Winter salads / Hunters’, aubergines with garlic, French salad, Sombor Pepper salad, red peppers, sour cucumbers – packed in jars of the gross weight of 1 kg.
Pickles in 3 kg jars.
Jams – packed in the jars of the gross weight of 0.5 and 1kg: plums, apricots, raspberries, rosehips, strawberries. In the fruit ripening season, packages of 5 kg, upon order.
Sweets – in the packages of 250 g, 0.5 and 1kg. Cherries, raspberries, domestic and wild strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, plums (skinned and unskinned).
COLD SQUEEZED JUICES – small bottles of 0.25 l, 1 l, and box 5 l.
Apples, pears, quinces, plums, currants, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apricots, cherries, a fruit mix…
Sugarless juices, saturated fruits are diluted apple juice so as to regulate the quantity of sugar and the taste.
